Walnut Square Shopping Center, 2209 W Interstate 240 Service Road, just sold for $19,227,500 in a transaction by Price Edwards & Co.

Price Edwards & Co. reports these real estate transactions

∙ Y&O 240 LLC paid Walnut Square Shopping Center LLC $19,227,500 for the 309,023-square-foot retail property on 32.74 acres at2209W Interstate 240 Service Road. Paul Ravencraft and George Williams handled the transaction.  

∙ RW Timms Investments paid Davinion $9,850,000 for a 60,000-square-foot industrial building on 25 acres at 3105 Davinion Road, El Reno. Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder handled the transaction. 

∙ Select Realty LLC paid Deforest Hearn Family Trust $525,000 for a 16,560-square-foot industrial building at 3210 E Reno Ave. Cody Beat and Mark Patton handled the transaction.   

∙ Oklahoma Department of Labor leased 16,316 square feet of office space at 409 NE 28. Tre Dupuy, Ian Self and Beat handled the transaction.  

∙ Xuewei leased 11,104 square feet of industrial space at 2317 N Eastern Ave. Holder and Rivera handled the transaction.
